Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, take ghee and powdered sugar. You can adjust the sugar as per taste. Now whisk it well using a hand whisk or you can use a spoon too. We want it to get fluffy and white in color.
  2. You can use a raita whisker, I use a plastic one. Basically, you can use your hand. We have to whip it to get a creamy texture.
  3. To this add maida, baking powder, baking soda, desiccated coconut, and salt.
  4. Mix everything well. It should make a soft dough.
  5. Roll out the dough into small balls. Apply milk using a brush and sprinkle desiccated coconut at the top.
  6. Pre-heat the microwave for 5 minutes at 180 degrees. Place a low rack or a stand inside the microwave.
  7. Place the cookies on a baking tray. Bake these Coconut Cookies on convection mode at 180 degrees for 15-17 minutes.
  8. Voila! Easy peasy Coconut Cookies are ready. Store it in an air tight container.
