Here’s a healthy, yummy and winter special recipe that can be made in a jiffy. Winter season calls for Garma-garam kebabs and a hot cup of chai. These meethi kebabs are a must try at home or serve it when you have guests coming over.

Meethi Kebab | Winter Special
Crunchy, yummy and easy to make - meethi kebabs are perfect to munch during winters.
In a mixing bowl take chopped meethi, onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies. You can chop everything together in a chopper too.
Add all the spices and mix it well. Add water very carefully. We want a soft tikki kinda mixture. You can adjust the besan accordingly.
Apply a bit of oil in your hands and make round balls out of the mixture.
Heat oil in a kadhai and fry these on low flame till golden brown in color.
Serve it hot with ketchup and chutney.
