- Take any bread of your choice. I have taken normal maida bread. You can take whole wheat or multi-grain bread depending on your choice.
- With the help of a knife, cut sides of bread slices. Keep the bread slices aside.
- You can cut any shape as per your choice. I have cut it in both square and round.
- In a mixing bowl. Take Hung Curd. Add chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chillies, salt and black pepper powder. Mix well.
- Once the above mixture is done. Take a bread slice, put one spoon of mixture on it, spread it evenly. Cover it with another slice.
- Keep all the bread slices ready and keep them aside.
- Now take a tava, switch on the gas. Once the tava is a little hot. Put oil in it.
- Once oil is hot, add mustard seeds, turmeric powder and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
- Put the bread slices on the tempering. Cook them on a low heat for few minutes once golden brown from both the sides.
- Cut the bread slice diagonally with the help of a knife.
- Serve Hot with Tomato Ketchup and Chilli sauce.

Gulp them down with a hot cup of Chai or Coffee. Trust me they taste yummy π
Notes
Take Hung curd as it will be easier to spread on the bread
For healthier option go for Whole wheat or multi-grain bread.
If making for kids, avoid green chillies
Can serve it with any chutney of your choice.
