Instructions
  1. Take any bread of your choice. I have taken normal maida bread. You can take whole wheat or multi-grain bread depending on your choice.
  2. With the help of a knife, cut sides of bread slices. Keep the bread slices aside.
  3. You can cut any shape as per your choice. I have cut it in both square and round.
  4. In a mixing bowl. Take Hung Curd. Add chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chillies, salt and black pepper powder. Mix well.
  5. Once the above mixture is done. Take a bread slice, put one spoon of mixture on it, spread it evenly. Cover it with another slice.
  6. Keep all the bread slices ready and keep them aside.
  7. Now take a tava, switch on the gas. Once the tava is a little hot. Put oil in it.
  8. Once oil is hot, add mustard seeds, turmeric powder and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  9. Put the bread slices on the tempering. Cook them on a low heat for few minutes once golden brown from both the sides.
  10. Cut the bread slice diagonally with the help of a knife.
  11. Serve Hot with Tomato Ketchup and Chilli sauce.
Recipe Notes
Gulp them down with a hot cup of Chai or Coffee. Trust me they taste yummy 😛

Notes

  • Take Hung curd as it will be easier to spread on the bread
  • For healthier options go for Whole wheat or multi-grain bread.
  • If making for kids, avoid green chilies
  • Chopped onions can be added too.
  • Can serve it with any chutney of your choice.
