Sooji Uttapam- Instant Vegetable Uttapam recipe.

Sooji Uttapam is one of the easiest and quickest recipes that we all can make for breakfast. Since it’s healthy and loaded with vegetables, it’s a perfect recipe to treat the kids with. The season of Rain, Garma-Garam Chai, and Pakoras is here. Instead of making Pakoras every time, let’s try something new 🙂

These mini Sooji Uttapams not only look cute but great as a tiffin snack. Easy to eat and handle, your kids will love them. Have it with ketchup or green chutney.

I have this cute mini uttapam pan, which makes 4 uttapams in a go. You can make it in a big pan too. Linking the min uttapam pan here.
