Instructions
  1. Take out Bajra & whole wheat flour in a mixing bowl or thali.
  2. Add 1 tbsp ghee and rub it with your fingers till the mixture looks sandy or till you can make a mutthi out of it. Just like we check for mathri and all.
  3. Add the seasonings - Salt, Ajwain, Chilli flakes & Oregano. Mix it well. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste and preference.
  4. Add water little by little to knead a smooth dough. Bring it together into a ball and keep it covered for 10 min to rest.
  5. After 10 minutes, divide the dough into medium size balls and roll it using plain flour. Using a heart shape or any cookie cutter, cut the dough into shapes.
  6. Prick holes using a fork. Transfer on a baking tray. Brush some milk over the rolled crackers.
  7. Preheat the microwave at 180 degrees on Convection mode for 5 minutes.
  8. Use a lower stand and place your baking plate. Bake these Bajra crackers for 15-17 minutes or until crisp on Convection mode at 180 degrees.
  9. Serve it with a salsa or a yogurt dip. Alternatively, you can eat these with a cup of chai.
