Vegetable Mayonnaise Sandwich | Step-by-Step Recipe

Vegetable Mayonnaise Sandwich is a tasty and healthy sandwich which can be served as a tea time snack or can be served to your kids in breakfast or in tiffin. It’s simple, easy and can be made in a jiffy. If you are bored with those regular Aloo-Sandwich or Bombay-Sandwich, you can give this a try.

It tastes absolutely yummy and its filling too. I have used FunFoods egg-less Mayonnaise, which is easily available in the market these days.

For this recipe I have used Capsicum, Carrot and Cabbage. You can choose any vegetable of your choice. Also you can add any spice or chaat-masala and give it your own twist 😉

I have used regular bread, but if you want to make it healthier, can use Multi-grain bread or Wheat bread.

Let’s get started.
