It tastes absolutely yummy and its filling too. I have used FunFoods egg-less Mayonnaise, which is easily available in the market these days.
For this recipe I have used Capsicum, Carrot and Cabbage. You can choose any vegetable of your choice. Also you can add any spice or chaat-masala and give it your own twist 😉
I have used regular bread, but if you want to make it healthier, can use Multi-grain bread or Wheat bread.
