Britannia Good Day Choco-Chunkies are cookies filled with chocolate chips. Melts-in-your-mouth, decadent in the taste and is crafted with love. My brother is a huge fan of these cookies as they are rich and yummy in taste.

These Truffles are perfect for your kids. Since it is heat-less cooking, you can ask your kids to help you with this. Easy to make and requires very fewer ingredients.

Instructions
  1. In a big mixing bowl, crush chunkies with your hands. Make a course powder.
  2. Crush sponge cake to this. You can use any sponge cake available in the market, I have made Vanilla Cake at home and have used the same.
  3. Add Nutella and mix everything together. It should come together like a dough. You can adjust Nutella accordingly.
  4. Make small balls out of the mixture.
  5. Melt chocolate in a microwave for 1-2 minutes or keep it in room temperature. You can use dark chocolate brick. I have used Dairy Milk for this.
  6. Dip these balls into chocolate sauce and coat them evenly.
  7. Place them into muffin cups and sprinkle silver balls.
  8. Keep it into refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes.
  9. Chunkies- Nutella- Sponge Cake Truffles is ready to serve.
