Mango Yogurt Parfait with Granola Bar.

Parfait means a layered dessert, in French, it means “Perfect”. It’s a great way to kick start your day. Healthy, low in calories and easy to make. A few years back, I tasted Frozen Yogurt Parfait in New Delhi. It was a big glass full of layered ingredients. It had flavored yogurt, fruits (kiwi and strawberries), nuts and marshmallows on the top. Very yum!

Everyone loved my last recipe which was Homemade Granola Bars. Since it’s Summer, I thought why not to make something with Mangoes, Yogurt and Granola Bars.

Mango Yogurt Parfait is a very easy and healthy recipe. You can have it at breakfast or after your gym session. Since these Granola bars are loaded with oats, nuts, and seeds, they are perfect for your kids too.

You can make this with any flavored yogurt of your choice. Also, you can top it with fruits like Strawberries or Kiwi. Also, instead of granola bars, you can use muesli too.

Let’s get started.
