  1. In a kadhai, heat oil. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, hing.
  2. Once crackle, add chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté for a while. Cook the onions till they become soft but not mushy. Let them caramelize a bit. We want a bite in them.
  3. Add all the masalas and salt.
  4. Cook it well for 2 minutes.
  5. Switch off the gas and garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. Serve it with rotis or parathas. Enjoy
