Peanut salad is a tasty and healthy twist to your regular salad. Rich in fiber, nutrients, and omega 3 – peanut salad can be made in a jiffy.

  1. 1. Dry roast peanuts in a kadhai till they become a golden brown. Keep it aside once done and let it cool down.
  2. Heat oil in the same kadhai and fry peanuts for 1-2 minutes till they start changing color. Take them out.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add cucumber, tomatoes, onions, roasted & fried peanuts, green chillies, cumin powder, kala namak, salt and lemon juice. Mix it well.
  4. Add finely chopped coriander leaves and toss it well.
  5. You can add chaat masala too if you want. Since we are adding lemon juice here, I didn’t add it.
  6. Serve it and enjoy.
Recipe Notes
  • Add salt and masala just before you are about to serve.
  • You can avoid green chilies if making for your kids.
