Missi Roti
Missi Roti is a traditional North Indian recipe made using Besan, spices, and dahi. Crispy, flaky, and delicious. A perfect recipe for Sunday brunch. Serve it with dahi or achar of your choice.

  1. In a big thali or vessel – take besan, atta, green chilies, and all the masala including salt.
  2. Add in dahi and start kneading. Mix it well and now gradually add water to make a medium soft dough.
  3. Make small balls of the dough and roll it like a Chapati. You can cut it using a round cutter.
  4. Heat tava and cook it using ghee from both sides.
  5. Serve it hot with achar or dahi. Enjoy!!
Recipe Notes
  • Adding onions does make a difference. Add finely chopped onion if you eat.
  • Add in methi leaves to when in season.
  • You can even add some achar masala.
  • Cook it in Ghee gives amazing results.
