Manchow soup is a hot and spicy Chinese soup recipe made with lots of fresh vegetables and some sauces. A perfect recipe to try during the Winter season. Enjoy it with deep-fried noodles.

  1. Wash and chop all the vegetables. Keep them aside.
  2. In a kadhai, heat oil. Add in ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
  3. Now add in all the vegetables and cook them till they become a little soft. Don’t cook too much otherwise, we will lose all the crunch.
  4. Now add in water, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, black and white pepper powder, and salt. Be careful with the salt as soy sauce already has.
  5. Cook all this on low flame. Now make a slurry of cornflour and water. Add it little by little and stir it.
  6. After a while, the soup will get thicker. Adjust the consistency as per your choice. Taste and adjust the spices.
  7. Serve it hot with fried noodles or just like that.
