  1. Firstly, peel onions and kairi. Keep it aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, grate both of them. Add salt, black salt/kala namak, roasted and crushed cumin powder, crushed pudina leaves, chopped coriander and a pinch of haldi.
  3. Mix everything together and voila, it’s ready.
  4. Kairi Pyaaz ki chutney is ready.
Recipe Notes

Adjust onion and raw mango as per your taste. If you don’t like too much sour, add more onions.
