Corn Aloo Tikkis are healthy, delicious, and quick to make. With 1 teaspoon oil I have made it in a Microwave. A perfect recipe to try for the kids or even for a kitty party.

  1. In a mixing bowl, take coarsely grinded corn, mashed boiled aloo, chopped onion and capsicum. Mix everything well.
  2. Now add all the masalas, green chili, coriander leaves, and salt.
  3. Add the besan and chawal ka atta. This is basically for binding. Mix everything together. It should be able to form tikkis.
  4. Make tikkis out of the mixture. Brush it with oil and sprinkle red chili flakes.
  5. Place the tikkis in a microwave tray and cook it on convection mode at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes or till golden brown.
  6. Voila! Corn aloo tikkis are ready. Enjoy with chutney or sauce.
