Summer is one season where you can experiment with so many fruits, watermelon being one of them!

Watermelon juice is a cooling drink, reduces thirst and act as a heat reducer. It is also rich in anti-oxidants and is a good source of potassiumΒ too.

At my home everyone loves to eat watermelon with some chaat masala, but I love to have it as Juice *Yum*

Watermelon juice can be made with so many variations – you can make Watermelon- Orange Juice, Watermelom -Roohafza Cooler , Watermelon Mint juice and so on..!

Here is the basic and easy recipe of Watermelon Delight.

Instructions
  1. Chop the Watermelon and de-seed it.
  2. Blend the watermelon in a blender along with few cubes of ice.
  3. Sieve it to remove any left over seeds.
  4. In a big mixing bowl - take watermelon juice, add lemon juice, chaat masala, rock salt and black pepper powder.
  5. Now crush mint leaves with your hand and mix it in the juice.
  6. Add small cubes of watermelon for that extra crunch - *it makes the juice more yum*
  7. Add more ice cubes.
  8. Garnish with lemon wedges and mint leaves
  9. Serve chill.
