Oats Uttapam is a perfect breakfast recipe as it is loaded with veggies and the goodness of Oats. You can serve it to your kids in breakfast or can give it in their tiffin. Apart from Oats, Sooji/rava and Besan has been added. You can add rice flour instead of sooji. I have added capsicum, tomatoes and fresh corn to it. You can add any vegetable of your choice. Can add Onions, bell peppers or cabbage. It all depends on the taste and the availability of vegetable in your kitchen.
You can make this not only for breakfast but also as an evening snack. It requires a bit of preparation and can be made in few minutes. I have made these Mini Uttapam which looks appealing and perfect to serve it to your kids or guests.
