Vegetable Dalia Recipe.

Vegetable Dalia is a healthy one pot meal recipe. Dalia is also known as broken wheat or broken cereal here in India. It’s very healthy as it is rich in fiber and it’s low in fat and cholesterol. Generally, Dalia is given to patients as it is easy to digest but if you are looking for something healthy yet filling, Dalia is a good option to try.

Not everyone is fond of Dalia, even I used to go all no-no until I find a yummier way of having it. Add loads and loads of fresh vegetables to it, give it a nice tadka and you will love it for sure.

Since Winter is here and so many vegetables are available, making Dalia is a good option. Dalia is considered as one of simplest and healthy food. You can add any vegetables of your choice. Perfect to serve this to your kids and make them eat healthy.

The consistency of Dalia depends on how you like and accordingly you can adjust the water in it. I like to eat with Curd, Achar and Papad. You can serve it with Raita or plain curd.
