Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead into a firm dough by adding water little at a time. The dough should be medium soft.
Keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal parts and roll them into small circles. The size of the Poori depends on your preference.
Heat oil in a kadhai and deep-fry the pooris one or two at a time on a high flame till they are golden brown from both the sides.
Serve hot with Chatpate Aloo ki sabzi
