Vegetable Rava Toast | Healthy breakfast recipe.

Vegetable Rava toast is a lip-smacking breakfast recipe which is made of sooji/semolina/rawa and lots of vegetables. It’s a perfect recipe to treat your kids with. Quick, easy, and healthy, what else to ask for? Since it’s a great recipe for kids, you can add cheese to the top and make them happy.

I absolutely love eating this with a hot cup of chai and watching Netflix along. A perfect me time with one of my favorite snack recipes of all the time.

For this recipe, I have used sweet corn, peas, tomatoes, and capsicum. Though you can use finely chopped tomatoes too. A perfect no onion- no garlic recipe that can be made in a jiffy. Interesting, right?

Vegetable Rava toast is an open toast recipe that can be made on a non-stick tava or a normal tava too. Grease the Tava well before use. I have learned this recipe from my Maa, she adds a tadka of mustard seeds and curry leaves in the batter which makes it even yummier.

This vegetable rava toast can be made in two ways.

  • Mix the rava with malai and then add the vegetables. So if you have fresh malai, that works great.
  • Mix the rava with fresh curd or yogurt. If you are out of fresh malai, you can always use curd or dahi.

A quick tip:

If you are in a hurry, you can mix the rava and malai a night before. The next day just add the vegetables, spices, and the tadka. This saves time and your breakfast is ready in no time.
