Instructions
  1. Take sooji in a big mixing bowl.
  2. Add dahi, chopped onion, tomato, green chili, sweet corn kernels, capsicum. Mix it well. Now add salt, pepper and red chili powder. Mix all these well and set aside for 5-10 minutes. It should be of medium thick consistency.
  3. You can add water if the mixture is not mixing properly. Let the mixture rest for few minutes.
  4. After 10 minutes, make a tadka by heating oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and a pinch of hing. Let it splutter.
  5. Pour this tadka on the rava mixture and mix well.
  6. Finally chop curry leaves and add it to the mixture.
  7. Take bread slices, apply a thick mixture of the batter.
  8. Heat butter/ghee in a tava, grease it well and toast the bread on both the sides till golden brown. Rava will stick to the pan so make sure you apply good amount of butter/oil/ghee. Let it cook at low flame for about 2-3 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
