  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the curd. Add red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, salt, crushed fenugreek leaves, and chopped onions. Mix all of them together.
  2. Sprinkle a pinch of red chili powder and cumin seeds for garnish.
  3. Serve with biryani or tomato pulao.
