  1. Make mung sprouts beforehand. I have already discussed the process above.
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai. Add rai, jeera, hing, chopped green chillies and mung beans sprouts. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add haldi, lal mirch, salt and lemon juice. Sauté again for 2-3 more minutes.
  4. You can cook them as per your taste. If you like them mushy, you can cook for more minutes. If you like a bit of crunch, you can sauté for 5-7 minutes. I like it a bit crunchy.
  5. Tada! Your sautéd moong sprouts is ready to serve.
