Making Aloo Masala Stuffing
Boil Potatoes and mash them.
Heat oil in a kadhai. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add mashed potatoes and mix it well. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, amchur powder and garam masala. Finally add salt to taste.
Mix everything well. Switch off the gas and let the masala cool down.
Assembling the Bites
Take two Monaco Bisuits. Add Aloo masala on one of them and cover it with another Monaco Biscuit.
Apply Ketchup on the sides of the Monaco Bites where the Aloo masala is visible and roll it over nylon sev.
Eat it. Gulp it. Monaco Bites are ready to serve.
- You can prepare Aloo masala before hand and once the party starts, assemble them and serve it instantly.
- Don’t make this recipe prior if you are not serving it immediately after making. The main reason behind this is, your biscuits will become soggy due to the moisture of Aloo Masala.
