Masala Papad

Crispy, Crunchy, Yummy and Spicy– Masala Papad is love by all πŸ˜› Everyone enjoys munching them especially in restaurants till the main course is served πŸ˜‰

Its super quick and easy to make. You can serve it as starter or with main course. Its not a recipe per-say, its just if you are not fond of regular papads you can try this at home. It adds punch to our taste-buds and its simply lip-smacking yum! πŸ˜€

Papad is very easily available in grocery shops or super markets. You can buy any flavour according to your choice. You can fry these papad or roast them in microwave or simply cook them over gas. Its upto your wish! Serve Masala Papad immediately as soon as they are assembled other wise they tend to get soggy.

  • 1 - 2 Papad
  • 1 Onion Large- (Finely chopped into pieces)
  • 1 Tomato Large - (Finely chopped into pieces)
  • 1 Chilly small- Green
  • mango Few pieces of Raw - (Kaachi Kairi)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera Powder)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • to taste Lemon
  • to taste to taste Salt Chaat masala -
  • Coriander - for Garnishing

Instructions
  1. Chop onion, tomato and raw mango.
  2. Keep all spices handy
  3. Roast or fry papad
  4. Place Papad in your serving plate, sprinkle onion, tomato, raw mango and all the spices.
  5. Add lemon juice
  6. Garnish with coriander
  7. Serve immediately
