  1. Boil potatoes and once cool down, mash them in a bowl.
  2. In the same bowl, add cumin seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, dry mango powder, chopped green chili, salt and chopped coriander leaves. Mix all this well.
  3. Slice tomato in thin slices. Keep it aside.
  4. Take a bread slice, apply butter and cream cheese on it. Don’t forget to apply generous amount of cream cheese. {tee-hee}
  5. Apply potato mixture over the cream cheese, spread it well.
  6. Place a tomato on the slice and cover it with another slice of bread.
  7. Grill them till golden brown. You can cook it on pan too.
  8. Serve it with coriander chutney or ketchup.
  9. Yummy! Cream Cheese Sandwich is ready to eat.
