  • 1 cup Cream Whipped
  • 1 tbsp Mango Pulp
  • 1/2 tsp Yellow Color

  • 1 cup Cream Whipped
  • 1 tbsp Mango Pulp
  • 1/2 tsp Yellow Color
Instructions
  1. In a bowl sieve Maida, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside.
  2. In a different bowl mix oil, sugar and milk. Mix well till sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Now mix maida with the above mixture (step#2)
  4. Add milk powder, mango essence and mango pulp. Mix it well.
  5. Batter should be medium thick.
  6. Fill this batter in cupcake moulds. Microwave at Convection @ 200 for 30 minutes.
  7. Once the cupcakes come to a room temperature. Put frosting in a pipping bag and design your cupcakes.

Handy Notes :

If the batter is too thick add a little milk to it.

In case you don't have cupcake moulds, you can use aluminum moulds.

Fill the cupcakes batter to 2/3rd of the moulds.
