A sabzi full of colors, flavors and very easy to make.
Jhatpat Corn Paneer Sabzi
Heat oil in a kadhai or in a deep pan.
Put carom seeds (ajwain) and stir. Add ginger, basil leaves & green chillies.
Add capsicum, peas and corn. Saute them.
Add oregano, red chilli flakes, sugar, ketchup and garam masala.
Now add tomatoes and paneer. Cook it for 2-3 mins.
Gently crush kasoori meethi on your hands and add it to the sabzi.
Finish it with fresh malai.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
