  1. In a microwave safe bowl, dry roast oats for 30 seconds-1 minute. Keep stirring after every 10 seconds.
  2. Take out the oats and in the same bowl, dry roast cornflakes for 30 seconds- 1 minutes. Once done, take out the cornflakes and dry roast almonds for 1-2 minutes. Keep stirring, we don’t want it to get burnt. Take out the almonds.
  3. Now lastly, dry roast all the mixed nuts for 30 seconds.
  4. Add all the above ingredients in a bowl and add raisins. Give it a toss.
  5. In the meantime, grease your kitchen platform with ghee/ oil or the mould in which you will set the bars.
  6. Heat a non-stick kadhai/ pan. Put sugar on a low flame and let it caramelized for a minute. We want it semi-thick.
  7. Instantly add all the roasted ingredients.
  8. Mix well and spread it on the greased surface. With the help of spatula or spoon, spread it evenly. Be quick as it sets very fast. Mark horizontal lines with a knife when its warm.
  9. Once done, let it cool down and cut it into horizontal bars.
  10. Granola Bars are ready.
