Corn Chaat or Masala Corn is one of those tangy snacks that you can make within minutes and it’s perfect for Monsoons. Just have this while you dig into your favorite book and your evening is sorted.

It’s tangy, juicy and oh-so-yum. Trust me, it’s one of those simple, quick and easy recipes which even bachelors can make 😉

With a few basic ingredients, you can make it in a jiffy. I have used frozen American Corn which is easily available in the market these days. I always keep a packet of frozen corn in my refrigerator, reasons being I love Corn and you can make yummy Corn Tomato Sandwich too.

  1. If you have kept American sweet corn in the refrigerator, take it out and wash it under tap water, drain the excess water and keep aside.
  2. Heat butter in a small pan and sautxe9 corn for a minute on a low heat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, take finely chopped onion and tomato.
  4. To the mixing bowl add lemon juice, salt, black pepper powder, chaat masala and our secret ingredient; Maggi Masala.
  5. Now add butter sautxe9d sweet corn and give it a nice toss.
  6. Lastly add coriander leaves and mix everything together.
  7. You can adjust chaat masala, Maggi masala according to your taste.
  8. Tada! Your tangy-yummy Corn Chaat is ready
