Cold Coffee with Ice cream and Choco-Chips | Summer Special

Cold Coffee needs no introduction, I guess most of us know – “How to make Cold Coffee at home”. It’s easy, requires very less ingredients and can be made in a jiffy.

But since my blog is for beginners, and I make it with a little extra ingredient (to make it yummier), I thought why not to share a blog post on the same. Since Summer is here, this is the perfect time to have this chilled glass of Cold Coffee. Sip it on a hot day, while reading your favorite book or magazine.

Let’s get down to business.

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, take warm water add sugar and coffee to it. We just want to dilute these two, so that you won't find coffee granules while sipping.
  2. In a mixing jar. Take chilled milk, add the coffee and sugar water.
  3. Put a scoop of Vanilla Icecream.
  4. Blend it with a beater till it becomes nice and frothy. It will take a minute or two.
  5. Once done, pour it into a glass and add another scoop of Ice cream
  6. Lastly, sprinkle some choco-chips.
  7. Serve Chill.
Notes :
  1. Always take chilled milk, it helps in giving that froth on the top. It gives a very light and creamy texture to the coffee.
  2. If want, you can add chocolate ice cream instead of Vanilla.
  3. If you don't have ice cream at home, but still want to add, you can always buy those small cups of Vanilla ice cream and add
Recipe Notes

You can avoid ice cream too, if you want a regular coffee.

Happy Summer!!!
