Beetroot Tikki Recipe

IMG_6431

Don’t go by the looks 😝 – This might look weird but it tastes absolute yum!

Healthy, yummy and loaded with flavors, these Beetroot Tikkis are perfect to have during Winter. You can either boil beetroot and mash them or you can grate them. I have used grated beetroot for this.

Perfect to have it for snacks with ketchup or any chutney of your choice. Else, you can make Burgers out of this. Slide them into Burger Buns with some veggies and you are good to go.

Let’s get started.
